About Studio M’PRESS

M’PRESS Digital Design Production & Publishing Studio is the creative center of Creativity International, inc. Our focus is on making videos that are used, in various formats, as marketing tools for Artists and other creative professionals.

M’PRESS began as a desktop publishing company in a small office in downtown Atl, We did a lot of business cards, newsletters and brochures. In the mid-nineties M’PRESS was building online stores, websites and designing digital business cards. Our digital business card or personal presentation card, which is how we market Digi-Carde, was first introduced, in the summer of 2001 to a group of local business men in Las Vegas, Nevada. The prototype was hugely successful! They had no problem, whatsoever, seeing the potential of this new marketing tool.

We continue to refine Digi-Carde to keep it on the cutting edge, but it will always do a better job of getting a client or prospect to your website, with little effort on their part. Digi-Carde Personal Presentation Carde is way more effective, hands down, than your traditiional, ole school, business carde that does nothing beyond be a billboard.

Late in 2002, changes in the financial structure of the household made it necessary for me to seek employment outside of Creativity International and Studio M’PRESS.. Are you familiar with market research?. I was calling people to do surveys and get their opinion about different things. Very interesting work. I met a lot of interesting people, made friendships that I’ll cherish for a very long time and had some great conversations with people all over the country!

Finally, the opportunity to learn the behind the scenes operations at a television studio! Studio M’PRESS was going to actually do some digital medium production work. I finished the class for community access, did my internship and immediately submitted my proposal for Studio M’PRESS presents . . . . The Station manager loved my idea. I managed to do one studio taping and LIFE stepped in again and changed all my plans. I was on the road with my husband. I actually got a chance to see some of those places I’d been calling while doing market research!

It had its benefits. I compiled and published a digital guide on how to register for Medicare Part D, before adequate information was available. I emailed copies to public libraries across the country. This was done while and after I worked at one of the busiest call centers in the country when Medicare Part D was introduced!

Again, it had its benefits. My husband’s job sent him to Ft. Myers, FL. That was so cool! Picture this, I’m in the mid-west, in December! I left Philly because I was tired of the snow and being snowed in every weekend! We had just made it through a big ice storm when we got the news. I had a choice, stay in the ice and snow or go south like a snowbird. What would you do in that situation?

Florida was and is beautiful. It’s always green with some type of flora in bloom and the water is usually warm.

Best part? During Season some of the more recognized fine art festivals in the country take place in the “Sunshine State”.. for me, that meant that there was plenty of material for Studio M’PRESS to work with. There were a lot of art festivals which meant there were a lot of artists to meet and talk to. Channel Studio M’PRESS and Studio M’PRESS presents . . . became a reality!

For more information on being included in Studio M’PRESS’s Artists & the Arts VOD Library and Directory. All artists who are included in the VOD Library and Directory have a chance to be featured on one of the screensavers in the Masters series.

The format of the Artist Interview Videos makes the videos ideal as a resource for anyone wishing to gain insight or more information about a particular artist or art form. This was done so the Artist Interview Videos or Artists Profile Videos could serve to furnish educators basic information about various mediums and art forms so they could intelligently share this information with their classes and art students. We do this as a way to keep art in the public school systems. Show your support and concern for keeping art in the public schools, Take our Survey.

Thanks for being a fan of Studio M’PRESS and becoming a member of the network we’re building to raise public awareness of the necessity and importance of appreciating Today’s Living Masters of the Arts and keeping art in the public schools system.

My documentary about some of the more recognized and interesting arts festivals in SW FL , “Artists & the Arts in Paradise – SW FL- Gems Revealed”, will be released later in the year. With everyone’s help, it will definitely be instrumental in raising the awareness level!
